Future Goal S.H.I.N.E Center – The S.H.I.N.E Center will be built in San Pedro and will serve as a community center for girls. We will also offer our work empowerment program for females that have been sexually exploited to give them an alternate and income. The land has been purchased by On Eagles Wings Ministries and fundraising efforts are taking place to build the facility.
