Lexie is known for her heart wrenching story of exploitation as a child, which has been heard by audiences all over America…

Whether in schools, community groups, or television her message is the same. There is hope, and everyone deserves to know what it is like to live freely. What was meant to destroy her has become a platform and story that can touch any heart. She not only knows what it feels like to be exploited and used, but has also struggled with growing up in a divorced family and has become victorious over issues like depression, self-harm, eating disorders, anxiety, and learning disabilities. More than a survivor, she is an overcomer, and hopes that her redemptive story can be a light of hope for anyone who hears. She is passionate about eliminating vulnerabilities in the next generation by empowering youth to be the greatest change agent to eradicate the exploited. After experiencing the devastation of the American culture to “mind your business,” she is speaking up with boldness and sharing her story with purpose.

Lexie believes that when people are silent, they are partnering with evil. They are taking the hand of the trafficker, abuser, or exploiter and enabling them to continue devastating lives. People are either partnering with evil, or justice. Justice stands on the side of the victim and advocates on their behalf. Whether that is boycotting unethical companies who make their products at the expense of human beings, or rallying the community to contribute to local non-profits meeting the complex needs of hurting people. When people do nothing, they are enabling not advocating. Lexie’s mission is to ignite a generation of advocates by first helping them see their worth, find their purpose, secure their identity, and cope with the cards they are dealt. Whether that is writing, speaking, or mentoring, she believes investing in youth is what will change the world.

1 Year

Establish a Rescue1 Headquarters in Nashville, TN to operate our international initiatives and focus our domestic action plan. In addition to, aggressively, yet patiently, pursuing to open Rescue1 Homes in Nashville Tennessee.

Develop a Minor Care Giver & Adult Mentor Program (MCG & AMP) to compliment the eternal restoration Rescue1 and its affinity partners will provide.

3 Year

Each Task Force duplicating the Special Ops Program of ministering in targeted areas through food and care package distribution.

We will work toward expanding Rescue1 Homes and MCG & AMP in other states from within the Task Force Groups.

5 Year

Have a full Rescue1 staff stateside, 3 Rescue 1 Missions headquarters (India, Philippians, and Guatemala)

Have affinity partnerships in other countries in like Argentina, Nicaragua, Uganda, Rwanda, Dominican Republic, and Costa Rica.

GO TEAMS are short term mission and service opportunities which take teams of individuals, small groups, and R1 Task Force groups. GO TEAMS provide individuals, small groups and Task Forces with practical, spirit-filled ways to serve a community, make a difference and be a part of building the Kingdom.

We are aware that we can never end human afflictions. On the other hand, we are passionately committed to serving the poor and needy. We do this by providing them with the resources necessary for security, empowerment, personal growth, and future success.

Making a difference in just one life is worth all the sacrifice in the world. Experience tells us that as we build relationships within the community, while meeting the physical and emotional needs, hearts begin to open to the need for Christ.
