This is a para-military organization that is run by a bunch of militia type guys who set up a big sting in other countries (because what they do is illegal in the USA) by pretending to be rich Americans who hang out for a while in a very poor area of a village or town in South America and ask the locals where they can get young girls to come to a party with them. They promise big money to whoever brings them young girls and then collaborate with the local police to arrest them once they show up. It is classic entrapment and they prey on very poor communities who are smack in the middle of red light districts where there is no opportunity for them to thrive economically. Once their raid and rescue is over they can’t back on their private plane quick enough. They leave all the victims with the local government and rarely have any idea what happens to them. Most of them are sent back to their families and even though they claim to leave the local police with air tight cases on a silver platter, there is little or no follow up of any kind. By their own admission – the victims are terrified at the pretend raid and have no idea what is going on.

This is the worst type of rescue model. They should ashamed at how little provision is made for the community they just terrorized.

There was an article written with details about their practices by Thomas Stackpole at Foriegn Policy magazine.
